Building Dreams:
Ongoing Journey to Luxury Living
Weiss Heights |
|
Weiss Heights is a 10 hectares of land in a hilly and forested area for a 33 plots of luxurious villa and high-end Alpine Hotel in Hanazono’s burgeoning skiing district. The project aims to blend seamlessly with its natural surroundings while offering premium accommodation for visitors seeking a winter nature escape. The initial phase involves thorough due diligence to understand local regulations governing land use, environmental impact assessments, and zoning requirements. NISADE’s comprehensive study ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory frameworks, essential for securing the necessary permits and approvals. Following the due diligence phase, NISADE engages in meticulous master planning. This stage integrates architectural design with environmental considerations, emphasizing sustainability and harmonious coexistence with the surrounding forested landscape. The masterplan aims to optimize the natural assets of the site while creating an exclusive retreat that enhances the area’s appeal as a skiing destination. |
