It caters to an offshore client, necessitating the sourcing and specification of materials that meet international standards while complying with local building regulations. The challenge lies in seamlessly integrating offshore materials into the project, ensuring they align with both the aesthetic vision and functional requirements of the design. The goal is to achieve a cutting-edge concept that reflects Hirafu’s blend of traditional and modern architecture, promising a unique addition to the area’s landscape. Completed and handed over in 2014, the project underscores a commitment to delivering a defect-free building on time. This timeline emphasizes meticulous planning and execution to meet stringent quality standards. By blending international design expertise with local construction practices, the project aims to set a new benchmark in architectural innovation for Hirafu, showcasing a harmonious fusion of global design trends with Japan’s rich cultural heritage. |
